Feliz and Star's Stafford's are owned by sisters. We both have a deep passion for the Staffordshire Bull Terrier. Like all families we have had our ups and downs. We let the world come between us, but God and dog brought us back together . I know it seems corny but it is the truth. We went five years with out speaking to each other. One week in church one of us was convicted to call the other, but what she didn't know was earlier that week her sister was convicted to e-mail her. You see five years went by and in one week both sisters had reached out to each other. God had his plain for us. Before the fall out the sisters were dog show junkies. We saw our first stafford at a Merced dog show and fell head over heels in love with the breed. The pair we saw were owned by SonShine Kennels in 1997. We saw her later at the Sacramento dog show, she was very nice and informative. We still appreciate that because some times people are rude at dog shows. Well it took both of us seven years to get our first staffords(2003. Yes we both got our staffords the year we started talking again. Threw God and our dogs we have strengthen our bonds with each other. Our passion for this breed reflects every day life , we speak every day about our plains for our breeding and showing program. We both agree never to compromise the temperament of any staffy. Since we are both mothers we will only breed child loving animals. The second most important thing to us ,is to keep to the standard. We want people from England to look at our dogs and say they look just like the ones they see at home. We also believe in good vet. care, one of us is a vet tech and the other has worked in a vet before. We are new kids on the block but have educated our self's and family very well. Our goals are to produce amazing show dogs that can get championships in the ring. Feliz staffords is also working on agility . Our children are very involved with the dogs, look at our 4 H page. You can count on us never being politically correct and always being honest about any of our dogs. We will always stay true to the breed and not to the latest fads. We will always help a staffy in need because it is our duty to the breed we love. I write our stories so you may understand us as people and breeders.
